Including more Indic locales in glibc

Hi,
  We are a project working on having indian language support in diff
free s/w / OSS at http://www.indlinux.org. Glibc has few Indic locale
definitions like hi_IN, mr_IN, en_IN etc. We would like to contribute
few more locales for languages not yet supported, like Gujarati (gu_IN
), Punjabi (pa_IN) , Kannada (kn_IN) and also Nepali locale. I have
tried contact bug-glibc but not getting any response.
Some of new locales are at
http://cvs.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.py/indlinux/localedata/
Please let me us know if they can be included in glibc.
