has been intercepted by the Birmingham Grid for Learning automatic message 
screening system for containing an executable file type.  Because of the large 
number of new viruses and 'worms' which are sent as attachments we are now 
blocking all messages with attachments that are often virus carriers.  These 
file types include ZIP, RAR, EXE, COM, SCR, VBS, SHS, CHM, PIF and BAT. 

If you believe that the message has been blocked in error, please accept our 
apologies.  If you reply to this message, including the full contents of this 
e-mail, we will make sure that the message is released.  If you do not contact 
us then the message will not be delivered.   Please note that the message will 
only be retained for 14 days at which point it will be deleted.

The process for checking messages is automatic and is in accordance with 
Birmingham City Council's Acceptable use of e-mail policy which can be viewed
