You should submit this issue into the glibc Bugzilla, available from
<URL:http://sources.redhat.com/bugzilla/>.  You probably should read
my clues on how to get changes accepted into glibc available on
<URL:http://www.student.uit.no/~pere/linux/glibc/>.
