The 'official' address is no longer 'official'.  The glibc maintainers
gave up using it due to the amount of spam posted to the list.

I'm just some random user trying to point people in the right
direction, to the new official way to report bugs.

The documentation is changed in later versions of glibc, but it is
impossible to change existing installations.
