I Am Engr: Peter Hans, I work with an oil company called (NNPC) here in
(Nigeria) Africa. 

In May 2004 there was a contract that was awarded to a construction company  
In Ohio State, this contract was for (Bill Ventures) to supply the following
Materials to our refineries 

100,000 pcs, of monoxide flow pumps
250,000pcs of gas pipelines pumps
Installing and repairs. 

This contract has been executed and Bill Ventures has been paid completely
For this contract through our Apex bank (CBN). 

As the senior officer that signed this contract I over invoiced the contract 
Amount to the tone of ($1.5 Million only) which I have instructed the bank 
to Pay it into my Local account here after I have paid and cleared all taxes 
But the bank Said that they have there banking policies that since the 
contract Was awarded to a foreign company that the fund will be released to 
a foreigner and also  That the payment was meant to go to a foreign account 
not a local one. 



I have asked the bank if there is any additional fee that the foreign
Beneficiary to be will pay to receive this money but they said no that it
Has been approved for hence free transfer. 

So for us to get started I will need to collect a certificate of ownership
From our federal high court then I will forward a copy to the bank then send 
To you the original copy. For me to collect this certificate I will need the 
Following below information’s immediately. 

Your full name and address.
Your bank name and address.
Your direct telephone and fax number. 

It is not wise disclosing your private information’s like accounting
Details Etc on the net so the (foreign payment of the CBN) will contact
You for the accounting information’s as soon as they are ready to remits
The funds to you. 

My good friend I will like you to stand for this money so that the bank can  
Release it to you. On your good effort in safe guarding this fund 40% from  
The total sum will be for you while the remaining amount I will use it in a 
small hotel business in your country
