DEAR: FRIEND,

With trust, I write this message to you. I am MrS ALICE MULENGA,the in-law
of late Dr Dominic Inongo former
senior accountant with the ministry of natural resources
here in Kinshasa (Congo Democratic Republic)but lastly
worked in the government under the late president, Laurent kabila.

It is my wish to contact you, having received your contact
from commerce department here in Kinshasa trusting in your ability to assist
me in receiving a huge amount of money
in your account. My inlaw was able to acquire this fortune
from the sales of diamonds and gold from a mining project.

He was among the people that died during the volcanic
irruption that paralysed the entire Goma town early this year,where we have
been staying for some years after his retirement. Even all our properties
including our gas plant
was destroyed which made my family now to be homeless
because the ruling government are not helping matters,
instead the president is planning to probe all former
government officials found to have benefited from diamonds contracts under
the past government administration.

Therefore due to my late inlaw top position in government
before and for security reasons, I have quickly advice our manager Mr Philip
Tuku, to move this fortune (funds) overseas.
These funds can be transferred through bank as the situation
is but the problem is that by law we are not allowed to
operate a foreign account.

However I might lose all these money to this government if I don't act fast
now.

Therefore I request from you a convenient bank account where
I can shift first this $15M(fifteen million united states dollars only).Then
after a successful transfer, we have to
again move another $5M(five million united  states dollars)
