Thank you for your contribution to the glibc locales.

The glibc maintainers no longer read this mailing list, because it is
so filled with spam it is hard to see the real messages on it.

If you want this locale locale to make it into the glibc source, you
should add it to a bug request in the glibc bugzilla.  Are you aware
of <URL:http://www.student.uit.no/~pere/linux/glibc/>?  It is a web
page with information about locales in glibc.

I notice bugzilla bug #448 about the vi_VN locale.  Perhaps you should
contact that bug reporter and discuss the correct locale values with
him?
