You should be aware that this list is no longer read by the glibc
maintainers, as it is so filled with spam that it is very hard to find
the real messages in it.  I read it using gmane.org, so I do not see
most of it, but there are still heaps of spam on the list.

You will have better chance reaching the glibc maintainers using the
libc-alpha mailing list.  Check out
