Hi,

At present I am working on Redhat7 and to install linux 2.6.12, I upgraded few tools. They are:

1. binutils upgraded from 2.10 to 2.16

2. Gcc upgraded from 2.96 to 3.4.3

3. module-init-tools upgraded from 2.3.14 to3.2-pre 9

I am trying to upgrade glibc from 2.1 to 2.3.5. I also want the previous version of glibc to be there as some development is done using the older glibc or if it is backward compatible then i can update it completely.

Though I am getting few error messages while configuring glibc. Can you help me figure out the errors?
