Dear Beloved. 
 
I am in the person of Rev. Peters Lemchi (Esq.) one of the appointed 
Non Governmental Organization (NGOs) legal advices in West Africa as it 
was stated in paragraph; 6A, section; 15, decree; 1967, sub-section; 
34, amend 1999. Kindly permit me to introduce this two children as 
Ahmed (Jr.) and Ameena Uba, I met them during my visit in one of the 
refugee camp as I usually do every two weeks. During my last visit on 
30th day of Aug 2005, I met these children who told me that because of 
my kindness and caring they have decided to open up to me a big secret 
they have been long keeping to themselves for the past 6years now.
 
Tip of information! To my greatest surprise, I found out that this 
children were children of famous wealthy late Gen Ahmed T. Uba, they 
made me to understand that when the war started their father sensed 
that it will last for longtime and to that effect he transferred all 
his wealth and family treasures into a security company called Hallmark 
Trust Security Company (HTSC) in overseas, immediately they showed me 
the documents that proved Ahmed (Jr). The original sole beneficiary to 
such huge fund worth US$15.5m. Meanwhile, the main problem that has 
been hindering them from getting these funds was as under-mentioned:

(1). They were children of just 15/16yrs and for security reasons, his 
late father made master Ahmed (Jr) the sole beneficiary, but stated 
foreign business partner as next of kin in attestation letter 
considering Mike’s age. “though he did not specify name” Upon declaring 
your readiness to clear the consignments from the deposit firm, will 
permit me to transfer all the legal documents to your name that will 
permit you to move ahead and clear the consignments out without 
breaching of any global inheritance clearing law and also details you 
on what next to do after clearing the consignments.
 
(2). I have agreed to take care of all the expenses incurred in the 
process to secure all clearing documents of claim in your name and send 
them to you immediately I obtain them from the appropriate authorities 
concerned to enable you expedite action and clear the consignments out.

(3). The fund has been deposited in the security company for the past 6 
years now as a family treasure as it was stated to avoid paying 5% TAX; 
VALUED; US$800,000.00. Be inform that after submitting all the clearing 
documents, the token accumulated demurrage charges will be paid before 
the management of the deposit firm will release the consignments to 
you, to that effect, I want you to prepare the demurrage charges to 
avoid delays.
 
(4). They are willing to offer 25% of the total fund for your moral and 
financial assistance, 5% for me, while 15% for less privileges and 
remaining 55% to continue their education and invest the rest in 
profitable venture you advice in your country.
 
This children trusted in me and I assured them that I will find a 
reliable person who will not fraud them, I was confident enough to 
trust in your person after going through your profile in the internet. 
Upon your swift respond will permit me to update them in my next trip 
to Cotonou Rep. of Benin that I have got the right person who is 
willing to assist.
 
I am contacting you to consider this transaction in a good fate and 
assist these children because right now they are really going through 
hard times at the refugee camp. I am the only one who seems to be their 
helper at the moment, I want to assure you that this transaction is 
legal and risk free, I have all the necessary documents to prove that 
you will not breach any law or regret assisting this children.
 
Your kind assistant will be a benefit to both parties and your going 
out and coming in will be blessed in the name of Almighty God Amen.
