I am a financial consultant based in Johannesburg South Africa I have a 
client (a widow) from (DRC) Democratic Republic of Congo, who ran to South 
Africa for the safety of her families’ life after her husband was killed in 
the country civil war, she was granted an asylum under the South African 
government umbrella, and she has USDM15, 000,000. (Fifteen million united
