problems building glibc 2.5 on linux ubuntu dapper

i can't install glibc 2.5 on ubuntu dapper 6.06, because, i thing something is missing in installation pack.... i can do it the "configure" whithout problems, but doing the "make" there is a file it can't find
please check the process....
