The errors appear due to changes in recent versions of glpk where
using non-api routines is not allowed.

You can try to contact Nicolo Giorgetti <address@hidden>, who
is the author of glpkmex.

However, if you post me the file 'glpkcc.cpp', I could make neccesary
changes to fix the errors.
