Thank you for your report.
The name index is not created intentionally, because if it is not
needed, creating it would waste the time. It is assumed that the
application creates it with glp_create_index, if necessary; besides,
the name index may not exist in the original problem object. For the
same reason the basis factorization also is not computed.
