I suggest the following corrections:


Chapter 5 Model data

It should be made clear that multiple data files are allowable.

Appendix C.3 ODBC table driver

Alternatively the unixODBC package may be used.

It can be installed on Debian with the following command:
sudo apt-get install unixodbc-dev

To enable using the unixODBC library the option ‘--enable-odbc=unix’
has to be passed to the configure script.

Installation commands and package names vary with Linux 
distribution, e.g. Fedora

sudo yum install iodbc libiodbc-devel
sudo yum install unixODBC unixODBC-devel
