Dear sir:

I run GLPK with sample case 'sudoku'
when system print out the result, I get the output as follows:

glp_open: invalid mode string
Error detected in file ..\src\env\stream.c at line 97

Same case will happen at version glpk-4.53 and glpk-4.54

After I check the source code and I found that
new version use 'append' mode to print out message.
