Assuming you are using the standalone solver (glpsol) then you can use
the -o option which saves to a file the solution and reports the
maximum bound violations.

There are several tolerance values, and you can see the default values
in the manual.

Finally, you can control the tolerance only through the API, but it is
not considered a good idea to do so.
