Glpsol cannot read MPS files with OBJSENSE

Although Glpsol will now write out MPS files for maximization problems properly using the OBJSENSE section, Glpsol cannot read MPS files with an OBJSENSE section.

Since MPS files generated outside Glpsol may have an OBJSENSE section, this is important to fix
