Availablitiy of patches to GMP 3.1.1 or development intermediate release

Hello,

I intend to use GMP in a personal software project as it looks very
promising and I really like the capabilities of the software. On your site
at http://www.swox.com/gmp I saw that the current version is 3.1.1 with no
patches available. However, looking at the searchable bug archive at
Geocrawler I see that a large list of issues has passed during the last
year. For me it is hardly feasible to apply all patches and suggestions of
the last year to the pristine GMP 3.1.1 sources.

Is it possible for you to release a 3.1.2 version of GMP or to provide a
snapshot release with the fixes you undoubtedly have in your own development
tree? A patch for the pristine 3.1.1 tree of course is helpful as well. Or
are the issues, raised during the last year, not important enough and can I
safely use the 3.1.1 release without fearing known bugs of the last year?

If you could provide me with an answer I would be very pleased.
