I've packaged GMP for DJGPP. Download the sources from here:

http://www.simtel.net/gnudlpage.php?product=/gnu/djgpp/v2gnu/gmp401s.zip&name=gmp401s.zip

Then read the file gnu/gmp-4.01/djgpp/readme.djg which explains how to build
GMP with DJGPP.
