Thanks, Torbjorn has put a html copy of the mpfr manual there now.

Other external links like ones to gcc and glibc still won't work.  It
might be nice to mung those to point somewhere at www.gnu.org, but the
stuff there tends to be done with texi2html and doesn't match what our
makeinfo --html gives (last time I looked).
