gnu chess timed game

Hi,

  I downloaded and installed gnuchess. I am
a beginner and would like an untimed game.
But xboard gives me a limit of only 5 minutes.

What parameter should I change in gnuchess
or xboard so that I can set the time
to something very large like say
500 minutes instead of 5 minutes.??

I would be glad if someone can help
