Hello Gnuchess-Developers!
At first:
I am happy and thankful that I found gnuchess as a living opensource
chess project. Thank you!
About me:
I studied Computer Science at the University of Bielefeld (AI Group) and
wrote my Master Theses about "The Simulation of the Emotion Dynamics of
an artificial humanoid Character", which is being developed here in our
Group. (www.techfak.uni-bielefeld.de/ags/wbski/welcome.html)
My concern (idea):
I want to extend the capabilities of MAX (Multimodal Assembly eXpert) to
be able to play chess. Further more, I want to feed my emotional system
with the actual appraisal-values of gnuchess!
My Questions:
Is there anybody else out there working on such an idea???
Wouldn't that be a "nice-to-have"?
What about a standard interface for that purpose?
It would be nice, to here from you,
best regards,
Christian Becker
