Occasionally, emacs thinks a Chinese big5 character is 3 bytes long.
C-x = gives:
Char: 列� (0452305, 152773, 0x254c5, ext ...) point=1827 of 11939(15%) column

The Character is lie4 with octal 240 apppended. Happens lots with
this \240 character sticking to the back of other characters or even
appearing in strings of 3.
