Gentlemen:
Here is an example of a local variables list:

     ;;; Local Variables: ***
     ;;; mode:lisp *** ...

So, how does one temporarily comment out one of these guys?
;mode:lisp? wrongo. Anyways, looks like you've got a problem,
Mwhahahaha! [This is a evil laugh, I have just made an evil laugh.]

So, it seems to get around this design flaw, this basic oversight,
this quick hack, this non-well thought out paradigm, one must park
temporarily unwanted lines after the "End:" clause. Sheesh.

How to make amends? 1.) give me 50000 pesos or 2.) add a crushing
admission in the manual that you don't know how to deal with the
problem or 3.) add the capability and don't screw up again unless I
tell you to or 4.) point out where it already explains what to do that
I overlooked as usual.
