Because that's the intended window manager behavior when the switch
"point-in-window-to-make-active" is enabled. I find it very convenient when
frequently moving between windows and eg copy&past things between them, it
saves you a lot of mouse clicking to make the various windows active.
I thought this was a common setting of the window manager, dont tell me that
Im the only one using it?

Does that mean that Emacs is not meant to be used with the CDE window manager
set to "point-in-window-to-make-active"?
