Emacs hangs when mousewheels scrolls to end of buffer, and the back up
again.
This happens on both linux RH72 and windows 2000SP2.
Emacs version 21.1 and 21.1
In linux:
Timewatch appears as mouse pointer and nothing happens. End of buffer
displayed in status.
Windows:
100 % cpu by emacs
