wrong table entries in quail/hangul.el

Please describe exactly what actions triggered the bug
and the precise symptoms of the bug:

1. Use Emacs internal input method "hangul".
2. Type dOrl, it should be interpreted as two hangul characters "dO" +
"rl".
3. But there is an entry for "Or" in quail/hangul.el, so it's
interpreted as "d" + "Or" + "l".


Please remove entries for "Or", "Os", "Of", "Oa", "Oq", "Ot", "OT" and
"Od" from quail/hangul.el file.  They are completely useless at all.
