bug#36223: 26.1; dired-omit-mode breaks recover-session

Yes, that's an unfortunate interaction between a minor mode that the
manual suggest putting into the hook and the way `recover-session'
works.  I've now added an ugly hack to the latter to temporarily remove
that function from the hook before calling `dired' in Emacs 27.
