bug#38817: 27.0.50; eintr file name discrepency in HTML

Yes:

HTML_TARGETS = emacs-lisp-intro.html

But the manual is at:

https://www.gnu.org/software/emacs/manual/eintr.html

So I don't know what's up with that.  Anybody?
