bug#31406: 25.3; GUD not listed when describe-mode on source code buffer

Neither dues `M-x gdb' and friends, apparently.  I've now included the
keymap at the end of the docstring -- some modes do, and some don't
(because `C-h b' will show you the commands anyway), but I think it
makes sense here.
