What kind of issues did you have in mind?

This might be me not understanding how required characters work but if a user sets a font

for only Arabic (not Urdu) and the font doesn't have these characters, will it cause emacs

to use a fallback for Arabic text? Or is the restriction only relevant for the selection of implicit

fallback?
