No, sorry, my bad, I was looking at the online version but it seems it
was recently updated to:
Since in practice the most recently used window is always the
selected one, it usually makes sense to call this function with a
non-‘nil’ NOT-SELECTED argument only.
While get-lru-window is still as before.
So it's fine.
