What's more, there's no subnode for frame-configuration registers. Instead,
although the node name wasn't updated, use of such registers was simply added
to the node titled `Saving Window Configurations in Registers'. A frame config
is not a window config. The node is named (for `Info-goto-node')
`Configuration Parameters', so putting this info in that node is fine. But the
node title is misleading.
