bug#67398: 29.1; ada-mode 8.1.0 -> Restarting the (wisi) parser seems to

From: Jurgen De Backer
Subject: bug#67398: 29.1; ada-mode 8.1.0 -> Restarting the (wisi) parser seems to not fully reset the state
Date: Thu, 23 Nov 2023 11:08:12 +0000

Package: emacs, ada-mode

Hi,

I was editing a file and started to have indentation not working anymore.
Each time I type Tab, I see that the parser died in *Ada-wisi-parser.log*
but no specific message.

(Starting a new emacs on the same file shows no problem.)

Typing Ada -> Misc -> Restart parser
seems to not fully reset the state (because a new fresh emacs does not have a
problem)

I did C-x C-v to just reload the same file and then all was back to ok.
I found no specific information in a buffer about a parsing problem/crash
except the process died.

So it looks like restart parser should cleanup more of the internal state of
the buffer.

But sadly this is not really reproducible.

Thanks
