bug#69431: 30.0.50; Strange fontificaion behavior

I want to add the bug happens for me to where I don't load an org-mode
file but have org-mode as a mode for the scratch buffer plus
modus-theme-vivendi as theme.

I tried to trigger the bug with just emacs -Q plus modus-theme-vivendi
but that wasn't enough.
I assume the bug isn't triggered before a certain amount of memory has
been used.
