PSPP-BUG: [bug #21128] Fix paper size support

Follow-up Comment #5, bug #21128 (project pspp):

Thanks for the comments, John.  Here's an updated patch that makes all of the
changes you requested and includes paper-size.c.  I don't know what happened
in postscript.c; the patch didn't include a couple of changes that I had in
fact made.
