Hello Jereme,
Did you know that there is already a Cygwin and a Mingw version of PSPP
already made?
They can be found on http://pspp.awardspace.com/ and
http://www.cecaps.ufmg.br/pspp respectively.
Anyway, did you install the libglade package?
