Thank you for the report.

This particular problem was fixed on Sept. 25 in a commit titled
"Fix missing @clicksequence problem for building Docbook output

Could you therefore try building from a later snapshot?  For
example, http://benpfaff.org/~blp/pspp-master-20091011.tar.gz is
as of this writing the latest snapshot of that branch.
Regarding a Microsoft/Xerox agreement:
