I'm reopening this item as a reminder ...

PSPP has a number of commands which have the capability to generate graphics.
 However, in the GUI, there are no controls to generate the relevant
subcommands.  This was a deliberate omission, since in the past the GUI was
not capable of displaying graphics.  However that has now changed, so the time
seems right to add these controls.

Commands affected include:

FREQUENCIES /HISTOGRAM
FREQUENCIES /PIECHART
EXAMINE /PLOT={BOXPLOT, NPPLOT, HISTOGRAM}
FACTOR /PLOT=EIGEN.
