Follow-up Comment #12, bug #32771 (project pspp):

I am not developer, I don't know, how can I help about GKT3. But I can test
software.

I can not found RPM for GTK 2.24. Now I try to build it wih "openSUSE Build
Service". If I will not success, I will try compile locally...

Besides, I found, that PSPP can start with any theme, if it there is no recent
used files. See comment #8, Line #4 in backtrace: 
"gtk-file", size=16 is not found. Maybe you need to make this icon to be
internal in PSPP.
