Thanks for the report.

This happens because the version of PSPP you are using does not know about
variable attributes (which are a later feature of .sav files).  If you are
not interested in custom variable attributes,
then you can safely ignore this warning.  Otherwise, you might want to use
a later PSPP version which supports this feature.
