I remove all packages before a build. The work dirs for PSPP (and any modified 
dependencies) are clean for new builds. Previously built destroots are used for 
any unmodified packages (that is, no work dirs just the installable results). 
The list I gave on the first email indicates the packages that were rebuilt 
from scratch prior to building ge4a2a3.
