PSPP-BUG: [bug #37366] Crash: Can not write any data in sheet

Follow-up Comment #11, bug #37366 (project pspp):

Becides, I can not open any *.sav file 
(even default example file) if I use Lithuanian locale.
But all is good, if I  use "LANG=C" before and then run PSPPIRE in terminal.

Just before crash appears error:
/usr/bin/psppire: „.5in“ nėra tinkamas ilgis.
(this text is from PSPP translation to Lithuanian,
in English: 
/usr/bin/psppire: `.5in' is not a valid length.)

I attatch backtrace again.
