It seems to be a missing feature. I recommend you create your data file

Remember that variable name have limitations, see:

I recommend to help developers provide the following information:
 - PSPP version and operating system used
 - The Steps needed to replicate the problem
 - file Data, text used, etc. (considering that this is a public mailing list)
