Details:

On the current development branch 69e4fa8dcb515 (Test 605 failed on osx) the
width of the columns in the variable view window can not be changed via the
mouse.

To test this:

- Open psppire
- Type a name in the variable name field to create a variable
- Try to change the column width with the mouse

=> The width does not change. The whole window content can be moved to left.

The environment is macports on osx 10.9.5 with gtk3 version 3.18.3
I cannot see the problem on debian stable with gtk3 version 3.14.5

Maybe related and visible on linux and osx is the strange behavior that
clicking on the column headers highlights the header names. But this is not
reversible. See the attached screenshot.
