Details:

I see the following files when running git status in the source tree after
build.


src/ui/gui/artwork/splash-r.svg
src/ui/gui/artwork/splash-t.svg
src/ui/gui/icons/splash-r.png
src/ui/gui/icons/splash-t.png


These files are not removed with 

make -f Smake clean

I looked at the .gitignore file and found no reason why all the other image
files that are created are not shown with git status. Any ideas?
