     xmllist --version  reports:

That should work.  So the error was:

//address@hidden'NPAR-TESTS']/address@hidden'KOLMOGOROV_002dSMIRNOV'] does not 
appear in doc/pspp.xml

Can you see if that is true.  Is there a KOLMOGOROV_002dSMIRNOV section under 
NPAR-TEST ?
