Details:

GNU pspp 0.10.1-g1082b8

When attempting import of CSV file (first line containing parameter names),
use of the name title or subtitle) results in:

.11-13: error: GET DATA: Syntax error at `A23': expecting valid format
specifier.

Example CSV top lines:
foobar,....,title,....,last\n
-or-
foobar,....,subtitle,....,last\n

The format of the import variable was string, width 23, align left, nominal,
input.

It appears the CSV input parser confuses parameter names title and subtitle
with the usage of title and subtitle elsewhere to define output header titles
and subtitles. The documentation does not indicate these to be reserved
words.
