Follow-up Comment #1, bug #45268 (project pspp):

Update:  I have fixed many of these warnings.  We no longer use GtkAction or
GtkUIManager.

Most (all?) of the outstanding deprecation warnings are within the sheet and
associated code.  If and when the "sheet" branch from git gets merged, all
these files will be replaced.  The current HEAD in the sheet branch has only a
handful of warnings.
